a cryin shame

HAHA my last post dated for June 27th because that's when I started writing it but obviously its almost July 6th. I need to pick up my game, I am dropping the ball haha.
I am super excited tomorrow I start my first Doxasoma classes. The best way to describe it is its kinda like Yoga. It isn't yoga it has some yoga like qualities but to help people understand kind of what it is a lot of people say its like christian version of yoga. I will let you all know how it goes!
